Absolutely fabulous service from beginning to new windshield. After the freak accident of a construction hammer flying off the back of a truck and crashing my windshield I didn’t feel like continuing listening to the prolific interview by Safe Light, I chose Associated Windshield and spoke to Gary. He was personable, informative and didn’t hound me with nonsense like the big box company. Clark came exactly as appointed and did a superb job without questioning my insurance coverage.Go here. You will be so at ease and pleased.

The customer service that I received was outstanding starting from the first phone call into the office. The gentleman walked me through everything told me how it was going to work, and that my technician would contact me several hours before arriving. The technician Arrived at the time he told me he was going to arrive. He was very professional, very clean and very knowledgeable. The explained the whole process. From the replacement to the And told me approximately how long it was going to be. You couldn’t Ask for a better company than associated windshield specialist In the Myrtle Beach area, I will definitely recommend them and use them again when needed.

Impressed! Professional, knowledgeable and nice! Gary was fantastic as was the tech who was was at my home within a couple of hours of my call to them. New windshield and calibrations done right in my driveway! This will be my go to company from now on!

Gary streamlined the entire claim. He facilitated the call with the insurance company, directed me through the process and secured the approval. The two technicians that came to my home were professional, polite and responsible. They completed the entire repair and made the necessary calibrations. I am glad I called them first!!

We had a great experience with Associated Windshield Specialists. We were hours away when our daughter found her car window broken. Associated Windshield Specialists was the only company to have the window in stock. When we were concerned about rain, the gentleman on the phone checked the weather radar and guaranteed the window would be in before any rain hit and it was. We highly recommend the company. They will be our first call if we ever need auto glass replaced again.

Gary was excellent to work with he took the effort to work me in as soon as possible whereas all the other places did not return my call for several days. Blaine the technician was prompt courteous and extremely courteous. I highly recommend Associated Windshield Specialists of Myrtle Beach

I had the best experience with Associated Windshield Specialist. The gentleman that I spoke with was Gary he was up front and honest with was going on. When I had changed the plans from going there to them coming here, for family reasons. Gary was so accommodating. I would highly recommend them over Safelite anytime. The tech who came was also very polite and accommodating. First class all the way.Don’t hesitate to go with them you won’t go wrong ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars all the way.

These folks replaced a rear window in my F150 pick up. The work was done in a timely fashion with quality workwould recommend these folks without reservation for quality and price.

I cannot say enough about this business! Gary and his team went above and beyond to replace my cracked windshield. Excellent customer service with a tropical storm only hours away! Safelite who? This group puts that corporate entity to shame! Thanks guys! You all rock!

Gotta say that I was blessed to have called Associated first. While on vacation in North Myrtle Beach, my driver side window on my truck was smashed over night during a rash of robberies in the area. I called Associated based on the reviews and the fact that they come to me for the repairs. The owner (?) was very polite and very ready to help even though he was starting to get a ton of calls from other people affected by the robberies. In short, my window was replaced in less than 4 hours from when I called. Highly recommend. They bailed me out of a bad situation when I was 12 hours from home.

Gary is a gentleman. He was so kind over the phone, explained his process of fixing rock chips on the windshield. From quote to repair in under 6 hours !!! Truly amazing! I was very much impressed by the support and service I received from this job. They are very experienced and dedicated to Customer satisfaction. Worth my 5 stars .

These guys are fast, friendly, and great prices! The owner Gary personally reached out to me from his cell phone, and helped me solve my problem. The part was a specialty part, I told him I needed the job down no later than Monday. He had a technician out first thing Monday morning, and they got it done in less than an hour! Very good pricing! Thank you!
