The customer service that I received was outstanding starting from the first phone call into the office. The gentleman walked me through everything told me how it was going to work, and that my technician would contact me several hours before arriving. The technician Arrived at the time he told me he was going to arrive. He was very professional, very clean and very knowledgeable. The explained the whole process. From the replacement to the And told me approximately how long it was going to be. We had a great experience with Associated Windshield Specialists. We were hours away when our daughter found her car window broken. Associated Windshield Specialists was the only company to have the window in stock. When we were concerned about rain, the gentleman on the phone checked the weather radar and guaranteed the window would be in before any rain hit and it was. We highly recommend the company. I had the best experience with Associated Windshield Specialist. The gentleman that I spoke with was Gary he was up front and honest with was going on. When I had changed the plans from going there to them coming here, for family reasons. Gary was so accommodating. I would highly recommend them over Safelite anytime. Gotta say that I was blessed to have called Associated first. While on vacation in North Myrtle Beach, my driver side window on my truck was smashed over night during a rash of robberies in the area. I called Associated based on the reviews and the fact that they come to me for the repairs. The owner (?) was very polite and very ready to help even though he was starting to get a ton of calls from other people affected by the robberies. In short, my window was replaced in less than 4 hours from when I called. Highly recommend. They bailed me out of a bad situation when I was 12 hours from home.

Coming from Pennsylvania I had no clue who to use to fix my windshield. On the way down to Myrtle Beach a rock hit my windshield leaving a decent size crack. The quotes I received from other places were all around $400 not even for them to come to me. The guys who came out to replace my windshield were very friendly, polite, and quick! Heads up this company is legit! My insurance company told me lies and gave me the run around I was prepared To pay for my windshield to be fixed after calling around I got the best price from Gary he also told me step by step what I needed to do inorder to get help from my insurance company to comply with the state law and he was right in SC if you have full coverage your windshield replacement is free I am so happy I connected with Gary from associated windshield specialist no need to read anymore reviews this is your top spot!

I needed a quick repair when my rear window was shattered and I had to drive back to FL the next day. After calling four other places I spoke with Gary and he quickly assured me that he could not only find my glass but also do the repair the same day. He was professional and true to his word. Within 30 minutes he had me set up and even texted me my insurance contact information. The tech was friendly and efficient. Everything was done to my satisfaction. While on vacation I encountered a rock chip that ultimately spidered its way almost across entire windshield. I searched out this company online and they were better than advertised. Gary handled the entire process from start to finish. He even came to pickup vehicle because sensors had to be calibrated. I could not be happier with how things were taken care of.
